Here are eight at-home baseball drills that you can do by yourself with little to no equipment. If you have time to watch this video, then you have time to get your work in. Take a break from your Netflix or your video games for 10 to 15 minutes, pick a couple of these drills, and work on them. You don’t have to do every drill every night; just pick a couple and get to work.
